The Last Few Days of Std Vlll with my FAVOURITE TEACHER

My Daughter Khyatee's First Post

Well.this sort of title must sound simple to Everyone. But this title has everything that a student wishing that the year in his/her favorite teacher's class should never end.

This is my story, last few days of my Class Vlll spend with my favorite Teacher 'Mrs Shreeja Nair"

The month of March was coming near,

And all the students were filled with fear,

"Coz the exams were approaching us,

And all the students were in a fuss.

We all wished April to come soon,

As we all thought 'Vacations"were a boon,

I thought during Vacations my Mom to me would tend,

But in my heart I wished that my FAVORITE TEACHER'S YEAR SHOULD NEVER END.

I still very vividly remember the day when she first entered our class on the first day of our new session

We were all very happy.Boys soon got bored with her.But we girls could never forget our favorite teacher.

In our standard Vlll she was like a mother to all of us,always wishing that we study and work hard and make our professional life successful. She almost became a Dear Friend of ours...I wish her class periods never end....

Dear Mrs Nair ...V Shall All Miss U a LOT.......

INDIA _A HOME TO THE BIG CAT
.
The Jungles of India are home to the largest Tiger Population in the world with 29 Tiger Reserves in the subcontinent, except for the Kashmir Valley and the deserts of Rajasthan and Kutch, they ROAR across the forests of India from Hiimalayan Foothills to Kerela.

The Tiger is our National Animal,

Agile ,Graceful,and Strong,

We all should protect this magnificent creature,

As it may not live LONG,

They Don't have natural predators,

Rather than Men,

On Poaching and Hunting ,

We should put a BAN,

It is in our hands to ensure,

That they stay wild and FREE,

So that this magnificent Animal,

The Future Generations be able to see,

There are eight sub- species, all in danger,

And three are already extinct,

And the remaining are ENDANGERED..

HABITAT destruction increases the man-tiger interaction. As the tiger turns agressive in trying to look for food and defend its territory it comes into conflict with HUMANS.This has led to tigers seen as dangerous animals--another factor that contributes to the incident of Tiger poaching and killing,To SAVE the Tiger we must spread the awareness of the need to protect this magnificent creature and help preserve its habitat and environment

Corruption.....Parliament Limping.....

“Parliament”oblivious of its French Coinage to discuss, parley and conference has degenerated from the debates and planning on the legislation to the bunch of uncouth civilized criminals , filibustering and defaming the opposition , thereby paralysing the Chariot of the Democratic functioning to the Elite vilification and slander.
The Winter session , for an instance , both the Lok Sabha and apparently more matured Upper house worked, if at all for 4.5 hours in twelve days , from the scheduled 125 odd hours and still vouching to be paid in a more justified manner, without any guilt that they were consuming up the tax payers money . No doubt, U.S. and Europe gives more privileges to their legislators, fair enough because they still do not have to fight the staggering poverty and malnutrition. At best, they don’t vouch for “AAM AADMI”.
The log jams regarding the Joint Parliamentary committee was a stumbling block the last session and continues to rock the floors of the Parliament even in this meet. it just takes different names: Scams, opposition, Women Reservation, Scandals, the shutter boxes highlighting the negatives or simple long and immortal debates … which has lost its marked significance. Gone are the days of the “TRYST WITH DESTINY” speeches. It is just a tryst between the Politicians, Media, and Bureaucracy. The Oath of secrecy and allegiance to the Constitution stands true till you are swindled by CBI. The Media has all the legal right to rise above the Law of Libel and the Civil Service very impartially toes and collaborate with the ruffians and the literate Netas.
This is Democracy and its Dance to the tunes of Public- the Ministers and the majorities. Whatever you say of Democarcy in India is true and the opposite is also equally true. The inherent feature of the Parliamentary Government , the principle of Collective Responsibilty is molested recurrently. The Ministers may commit follies, but their Boss can still manage to have a Clean chit. It is no more swim and sink together. What stands true is , they swim together, but they make individuals drown to save the image of the party. Tunisia and Egypt can not be repeated in India. One, the Government still Does NREGA … hundred hours of employment in a year and some poverty alleviation measures or subsidies. Two, India Can not stand unified , thanks to all religious fanaticism and perverse ramifications. Three, we have and will continue to have the tolerant attitude… the piece de resistance of the Indian Culture.
To sum up, everything changes, except change itself. Miracles doesn’t happen. We cant be buffoons even expecting it . taking all the things given, which definitely may not be in our favour, we need to again adjust and get maximum and minimising the losses.

To My Valentine.......My Wife....My Best Friend.....

Well there’s lot2 rite abt my best friend….I mean 1024 words is seriously tooo few to describe her (ahaha I know ye ik ghisa pita sa dialogue he) BRIEFLY.isspe to book chap sakte hai woh novel type ki.hehe

Ahemm

Kheir .

Shes a gr8 woman who luvs her Pani Puri vry much and yes before I forget,Veg Chowmein gravy type..

Innocent an xited most of de times..

Shez like a kiddo, but yaar capable of being a gud frend, and sometime thinks like an 80yr old granny also.n takes matured decisions.she has a sharp brain .n has sometimes mood swing prob..lolzz

Gud sense of humour..never minds the crap I do with her

Teasing her is like a habit of all of me..hehe

But she never minds it..being  very gud, helpful, frank,n frendly r not the only qualities she's got.

Da greatest of her qualities is her non-stop advice to me She's my biggest critic..(She is also convinced about my idiocy, one area where she's never been able to do much)

As regards compatability quotient between us,dont even dare to ask...there's nothing on this earth where our opinions/tastes/likes match.Be it food ,movies, books,TV serials(She a die hard fan of Ekta Kapoor) or bringing up a child. She's more of a Moral Science Teacher and I am a Cool Dad!!!!

But then as they say Opposites Attract....and rightly so... Or As George Levinger says,"What counts in making a happy marriage is not so much how compatible you are but how you deal with incompatibility"

Uff and da real best thing bout her is shez water clear by heart...and trust me its fun being with her and can never afford 2 lose her in life..

Chal Dipti abhi hawa main na uud.

Mera matha khati  hain aur apne aap ko VEGETARIAN kehti hain....

Be Mine Valentine,"You and Me.Together Forever."To the woman I'd marry all over again"

I am reminded of Yash Raj Film song from Fanaa.....Mere haath me tera haath hon ..Sari janatein mere saath hon...

Tu jo pass ho phir kya ye jahan Tere pyar mai hon jau Fanaa

Happy Valentine Day....

Inputs of the above piece of musing of mine came to some extent my daughter Khyatee......specially the lingo I used...I am Grammar nazi, using the language as above was definitely not my cup of Tea... Tried, Nevertheless..

Saving Tigers

The dwindling population of tigers are cause of concern to all of us ,but sometimes I wonder (1411 to be exact, I know off by heart by now) how does the Ad by Aircel going to help save the tigers, with MS Dhoni and Baichung Bhutia ‘roaring ‘ to save the tigers. How? If writing blogs or posting statuses on the face books or tweets were to save the tigers the Tigers themselves would be very glad, but let’s cut the crap, Its all very easy to say sitting in the comforts of our drawing room and sermonizing on Save Tiger campaign. At the end of it nothing of sort will happen at least not in the foreseeable future.
We in India have a pathetic emotion for everything but when it comes to real action we tamely go back to our cocoons.
Aircel who is spending millions on the Advertisement should instead spend the kind of money in improving the conditions of the forest guards and other equipments really required to save the tigers.
The poacher sitting there is laughing his ass off seeing the Ads in the TV.
The Ad gives definitely the impression that we are saving the tigers but in fact we are taking the lazy way out and doing what we have been doing all these years…that is doing nothing really..
When sometimes in the future our grandchildren will ask about the Tigers and we’ll say, Yes the Tigers did become ‘extinct’ during our lifetime, we protested, wrote lots of statuses on Face book and tweeted, but couldn’t help …Amen.

My Posting at Times Of India ,Mumbai Edition

TOP COMMENT
Rajesh thakkar, akola, says:The reason why shiv sena or for that matter MNS have raised their antenna of hate to such a height is because of the media coverage of their activities and 24/7 coverage with useless debates going in the name of Breaking News,Please ignore them ,no reason to create headlines our of it,they will surely go back to their cocoon, don't make heroes out of people who don't deserve them ,and there are lots of heroes who go unreported....change the way u present your news...no one is interested in unnecessary heroism .....
